How Evaporative Cooling Pads Work
The working principle of evaporative cooling pads is simple: water absorbs heat during evaporation, thereby lowering the surrounding air temperature.

How it works
1. Water Circulation – A pump delivers water to the top of the pad, distributing it evenly downward.
2. Airflow – A fan blows hot, dry air across the pad.
3. Evaporation – As the air passes through, water evaporates, lowering the air temperature by 10-20°F (5-12°C).
4. Cool Air Distribution – The cooled air is circulated back into the room.

Advantages of Evaporative Cooling Pads
✅ Energy Efficiency – Uses up to 75% less electricity than traditional air conditioners.
✅ Cost-Effective – Reduces installation and operating costs.
✅ Environmentally Friendly – Contains no harmful refrigerants and uses only water and airflow.
✅ Improves Air Quality – Increases humidity, reduces dust and static electricity.
✅ Versatile – Suitable for factories, farms, and poultry houses.
