The cooling pads are made from specially designed cross-corrugated cellulose paper, creating a large surface area within a limited space. As water droplets seep through the layers of paper, a remarkable cooling effect occurs when a fan draws dry, hot air into the moistened pads. The air temperature is significantly reduced—typically by 5-11°C (10-20°F)—and gently humidified, continuously delivering fresh, naturally cool air into the room.

Our patented paper design ensures optimal water retention and maximum air contact area. The robust cross-corrugated structure prevents sagging and ensures even moisture distribution for consistent cooling. They are durable and long-lasting with proper maintenance.

Our filters are available as replacement parts for a variety of evaporative air cooler (also known as wet curtain air coolers) brands and are extremely easy to install. A simple annual replacement—usually just sliding the old part out and the new one in—ensures your cooler always performs at its best.
