Plastic Evaporative Cooling Pads—a next-generation solution designed to outperform traditional cooling media, offering superior durability, enhanced performance, and smarter design.
Plastic evaporative cooling pads operate on the same fundamental principle as paper pads but offer greater reliability. Water circulates from a reservoir to the top of the pad and flows down across the large surface area of the plastic material. Simultaneously, exhaust fans draw hot air through the pad. As the water evaporates, it absorbs heat from the air through the latent heat of vaporization, significantly lowering the air temperature—typically by 5–10°C (10–18°F) or more.

Constructed from high-quality polypropylene (PP) engineering plastic, these pads maximize evaporative surface area for rapid heat exchange while ensuring structural integrity and long-lasting durability.
The PP pads feature a precision-engineered honeycomb or staggered 3D structure that maximizes the contact area between water and air. This design ensures:
Uniform water distribution across the entire pad surface
Smooth airflow with minimal pressure drop
Cooling efficiency exceeding 80% under ideal conditions
Temperature reduction of 5–27°F (3–15°C) within minutes
