PP Plastic: The mats are made from high-density polypropylene (PP) plastic that complies with FDA and EU REACH standards. It is non-toxic, odorless, and resistant to water, chemicals, and livestock manure—unlike traditional cellulose mats, which are prone to rotting or mold. With a service life of over 10 years, compared to just 1-2 years for cellulose alternatives, this reduces replacement costs and waste.
UV-resistant: This protects the gasket from degradation caused by intense sunlight, making it suitable for outdoor installations in regions such as the Middle East, Australia, and the southern United States. Even after years of UV exposure, it maintains its structural integrity and cooling efficiency.
Easy to clean and reuse: The smooth plastic surface resists the buildup of dirt, algae, and mineral deposits. Unlike cellulose gaskets that require frequent replacement, our plastic gaskets can be easily cleaned and reused with a pressure washer, reducing environmental waste and maintenance time.
