Traditional cellulose cooling pads are prone to sagging, tearing, and rapid degradation, especially in areas with hard water or high mineral content. They often require frequent replacement, which increases long-term costs and leads to downtime.

Our pads are made from high-quality, UV-resistant PP material, completely resistant to rot, mold, and biodegradation. They can withstand harsh weather conditions, from the scorching sun of the Middle East to the humid climates of Southeast Asia. They maintain their shape and structural integrity season after season, ensuring consistent performance without sagging. While cellulose pads typically only last one or two seasons, our plastic pads can last over 10 years, significantly reducing replacement frequency and overall cost of ownership.

Resistant to microbial growth: Plastic material does not encourage the growth of algae, bacteria, or mold.
Easy to clean: A simple rinse with water or a mild detergent keeps the pads completely clean. They can even be removed and pressure-washed without causing damage.

The carefully designed surface and material properties ensure optimal moisture distribution and maximized evaporation surface area, maintaining stable cooling efficiency throughout the entire service life. The smooth surface is less prone to mineral scale accumulation, and even if scale does occur, it is easier to remove.
