System Overview
The evaporative cooling system is an efficient and energy-saving device that uses the principle of water evaporation to achieve environmental cooling. This system adopts an innovative PVC-PP composite structure design, perfectly combining PVC drainage grooves with PP evaporative cooling pads, providing reliable cooling solutions for various application scenarios.

Cooling effect
It can achieve a significant temperature reduction effect of 8-15℃.
The cooling efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of traditional systems.
It is suitable for extreme high temperature environments above 45℃.

PP cooling pad
1. Made of high-density polypropylene (PP), it is UV-resistant and corrosion-resistant
2. Service life is 5-7 years, far exceeding ordinary cellulose cooling pads (1-3 years)
3. It does not absorb water or mold, and will not deform after long-term use

PVC gutter frame
1. New modular design, easy to install and disassemble, convenient for cleaning or replacing cooling pads.
2. Made of PVC material, anti-aging, corrosion-resistant and rust-proof.
3. The bottom water tank meets all the water needs of the wet curtain system, without the need to add an additional water tank.
4. The float valve system can automatically replenish water when the water level is low.
5. The specially designed guide plate is used in conjunction with the water distribution pipe to evenly wet the wet curtain.
6. The wet curtain bracket can perfectly realize water circulation and prevent mice from entering the water tank.
