Our cooling pads are manufactured with precisely engineered cross-corrugated angles, optimizing the balance between airflow resistance and water contact. This engineering detail ensures maximum heat exchange efficiency, resulting in cooler air output—typically 10-25°F (6-14°C) lower than the incoming air temperature in dry conditions.

✅ High-efficiency cross-corrugated design for maximum evaporation.
✅ Resin-bonded cellulose for durability and resistance to deformation.
✅ Optimal air-to-water contact for rapid cooling.
✅ Natural, recyclable material core.
✅ Easy to install and replace, fitting standard evaporative cooler frames.
✅ Cost-effective, providing optimal value for every degree of cooling.

Seasonal Inspection: Inspect the cooling pads at the beginning and mid-point of the cooling season.
Gentle Cleaning: If mineral deposits (scale) occur, remove the cooling pads and rinse with a mild descaling solution.
Annual Replacement: For best results, we recommend replacing paper cooling pads once per cooling season. More frequent replacement may be necessary in areas with very hard water.
